Old phone photos are fine, even blurry ones, as long as their face is clear in a few. We build a reference of your pet from those photos and make every shot from it, so the video looks like them and not like a stock animal.

Questions
Can you make a memorial video if I only have a few photos?
Five clear photos are usually enough. If you only have three or four, send them anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it look like them before you're charged.
Can I send a memorial video to a friend who lost their pet?
Yes. Choose the gift option, add their email and a message, and pick the day it arrives. They get a private page to watch and keep it.
