Questions
What is the Rainbow Bridge?
The Rainbow Bridge is the idea, from a well-known poem about pet loss, that pets who die wait in a peaceful meadow until they are reunited with their people. This video shows your pet crossing it, made from your own photos.
Can I send a Rainbow Bridge video to a friend who lost their pet?
Yes. Choose the gift option, add their email and a message, and pick the day it arrives.
How many photos do I need?
5 to 10 photos of one pet: a few clear face shots and a couple of full-body photos. Phone photos are fine.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
One free remake if the video doesn't look like your pet. A refund if the remake still misses.
